The Resolution Coordinator facilitates customer damage claims and acts as a liason between Ryder Last Mile’s sub-contracted Service Partners and all parties to ensure claims are resolved timely and efficiently.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Job Description :
The Resolution Coordinator facilitates customer damage claims and acts as a liason between Ryder Last Mile’s sub-contracted Service Partners and all parties to ensure claims are resolved timely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process new property claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and entered into claim management systems and that responsible parties are notified.
- Act as the primary point of contact for claimants, clients, Site Managers, Service Partners, and Third Party Adjusters—keeping everyone informed throughout the claims process.
- Ensure claims are resolved in a timely and fair manner, often negotiating with involved parties to reach agreement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Associate's degree, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 3 years or more Related experience, Required
- 2 years or more Property claims experience Preferred
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a team
- Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills with excellent follow-up practices
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates analytical skills to assist with problem solving and creating solutions
- Knowledge of MS Excel Intermediate Required
