David Weekley Homes is seeking a motivated 2026 graduate to join our Tampa division as a summer intern who has a passion and interest in learning all aspects of residential homebuilding. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the homebuilding industry, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations.
Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain real-world industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that support our communities and customers.

David Weekley Homes is seeking a motivated 2026 graduate to join our Tampa division as a summer intern who has a passion and interest in learning all aspects of residential homebuilding. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the homebuilding industry, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations.
Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain real-world industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that support our communities and customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
- Assist with customer interactions and overall client experience.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, research, and community initiatives.
- Gain exposure to purchasing processes and vendor coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.
- Assist with administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental priorities.
- Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay/Bradenton/Sarasota area for the duration of the internship.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time college or university program (marketing, business, real estate, or related field).
- Interest in the residential construction/homebuilding industry.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset.
