Job Description
David Weekley Homes is seeking a motivated 2026 graduate to join our Tampa division as a summer intern who has a passion and interest in learning all aspects of residential homebuilding. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the homebuilding industry, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations.
Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain real-world industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that support our communities and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
Assist with customer interactions and overall client experience.
Contribute to marketing efforts, research, and community initiatives.
Gain exposure to purchasing processes and vendor coordination.
Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.
Assist with administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental priorities.
Qualifications
Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay/Bradenton/Sarasota area for the duration of the internship.
Currently enrolled in a full-time college or university program (marketing, business, real estate, or related field).
Interest in the residential construction/homebuilding industry.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
