What You’ll Do

• Process transactions with precision and care
• Educate members on digital banking tools
• Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally
• Support inbound calls and member needs
• Apply a consultative approach to uncover opportunities
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loans
• Stay compliant with policies and regulations
• Keep your product knowledge sharp through ongoing training
• Mentor new team members

What We’re Looking For

• Banking experience preferred (but not required!)
• Open to candidates from retail, administrative, or customer service backgrounds
• 1 year of experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or GED required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonie, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
