What You’ll Do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide members through digital banking tools, including mobile apps and online platforms.
- Resolve inquiries promptly while offering consultative support tailored to member needs.
- Open new accounts, memberships, and loans, identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Support branch operations, including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or financial services.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM–12:00 PM).
