Overview
We're looking for a Regional Director of Office Operations to join our team.You will report directly to the Regional Director of Office Operations Senior. You'll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the assigned hospice program/site.
- Oversees office operations
- Analyzes and optimizes operational processes, procedures, and business metrics with assistance of the Regional Director of Office Operations Senior. Alerts Regional Director of Office Operations Seniorto critical situations within the branches
- First line of Homecare Homebase support .This includes general system questions and troubleshooting errors/bugs
- Assists Regional Director of Office Operations Seniorin process creation and documentation of said processes and helps disseminate information to the branches
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in Hospice and or Home Health field required
- Experience in planning, leading, and directing complex operational initiatives required
- Homecare Homebase experience preferred
