Responsibilities For This Recruiter Role
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.

Responsibilities For This Recruiter Role
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary or temporary to hire opportunities.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges and internet sites
- Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
- Facilitate Adecco - specific on-boarding process.
- Minimum three years customer service / office experience in a fast-paced environment; or 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a less complex environment preferred.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak to different types of people and be comfortable with meeting clients in person
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) required.
- Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- This is not a remote position, will be working at our client site in Costa Mesa, Ca
