General Description
- The Recruiter is responsible for executing recruitment and administrative directives under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The primary focus of this role is to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant recruitment processes that support the organization’s staffing needs.
- The Recruiter will collaborate with Support Managers and other leadership to identify recruitment, ensure alignment with organizational demands, and support the onboarding of new hires in a smooth and professional manner.
- The Recruiter will will prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports, applicant tracking systems, and compliance documentation to keep leadership informed and ensure organizational accountability.
- The Recruiter will support administrative and organizational functions, including but not limited to maintaining personnel and applicant records, managing recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems, scheduling and calendar management, and maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
- Ability to commute to full-time, in-person to our Tustin, CA office.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment compliance standards, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent computer and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word and SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally to applicants, employees, and other stakeholders.

- Represent the organization professionally to candidates, employees, and other stakeholders, consistently reflecting IRI’s mission, vision, and values.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting on job boards, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, and facilitating reference checks.
- Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in Paycor and other systems, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Manage and update recruitment tracking sheets, providing weekly reminders and follow-ups to managers on outstanding action items.
- Maintain an organized calendar, including scheduling Zoom screening interviews with candidates, and attend monthly meetings with the HR Manager and CHRO.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational policies during all stages of recruitment cycle.
- Generate regular recruitment reports for leadership, including metrics on candidate pipelines, hires, and open positions.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the organization, build candidate pipelines, and strengthen relationships with external partners.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining digital personnel records, and recruitment-related platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Paycor, eRSP, Zoom, Indeed, etc.)
- Follow up with applicants and managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and apply HR and recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes.
- All other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and CHRO to support the mission and strategic goals of the organization.
