Job Description

Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and talent sourcing efforts in a large organization.
- Understand and execute the recruiting lifecycle effectively.
- Develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives under tight deadlines.
- Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines.
- Adhere to proper protocols and procedures in communication and engagement with internal teams.
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruiting or sourcing capacity
- Experience from a large tech organization
- Experience in recruiting, technical recruiting, and candidate screening.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with multiple parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Experience sourcing for a large technology company.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
