What are the job functions:They will be apart of the service department teamThey will do site visits, walk potential clients jobs, estimating, putting in their bidding systemAfter estimating, they will basically become the project manager and plan/provide projects to their field workersShifts: Monday - Friday from 7:00am-4:00pmWhat are three things that matter on the resumes:They want someone w/ commercial construction experience (preferably commercial experience and electrical, they are open to mechanical industry)The ideal candidate would be working w/ their small projects ($25,000 and smaller)Would like someone w/ experience w/ smaller projectsStrong customer service skills.
