Our client, a leading organization in the legal and records management industry, is seeking a dedicated Records Intake Associate to join their team. As a Records Intake Associate, you will be an essential part of the Records Department supporting the efficient processing of digital files and records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Records Intake Associate

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

  • Review incoming digital files of materials and records received in response to subpoenas or authorization requests.
  • Link files to specific requests and production orders to facilitate the production process.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of each transaction, processing between 1-3 minutes per file.
  • Maintain high levels of attention to detail to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate record processing.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (credential requirement: 100000).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks with accuracy and consistency.
