What's the Job?
- Review incoming digital files of materials and records received in response to subpoenas or authorization requests.
- Link files to specific requests and production orders to facilitate the production process.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each transaction, processing between 1-3 minutes per file.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate record processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent (credential requirement: 100000).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle high-volume tasks with accuracy and consistency.
