What You'll Be Doing
- Performing on-site and laboratory testing of ready-mix concrete to ensure product quality
- Monitoring raw materials and mix designs to maintain consistency and compliance
- Preparing accurate test documentation and reporting results promptly
- Collaborating with production and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized testing environment
- Ability to perform accurate testing and follow established procedures
- Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and communication skills
- Capability to troubleshoot quality-related concerns in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Willingness to work outdoors, travel locally, and adapt to changing priorities
