Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee projects based on new service applications. This role involves gathering and analyzing project information, meeting with customers, and ensuring successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Gather information about projects based on new service applications.
- Meet customers in person as required to discuss project details.
- Visually inspect existing electric distribution equipment such as transformers, poles, and wires.
- Take measurements, create sketches, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Prepare customer agreements based on collected project information.
- Ensure customers have obtained the requisite permits.
- Schedule energizations after the customers' electricians' work is complete and project requirements are fulfilled.
- Experience in project management and project coordination.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Ability to conduct field surveys and create site layouts.
- Knowledge of overhead, underground, and vault electrical systems.
- Experience with Asset Suite 8.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Capability to sketch elevations and site layouts based on visual inspections.
- Ability to stay highly organized.
