You will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of on-site and virtual events, conferences, live broadcasts, watch parties, volunteer events, and other related corporate gatherings at our Austin headquarters offices and other office locations. In this role, you’ll be expected to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will:
- Apply business and event planning acumen and creativity to develop events, programs, and moments that support and advance our business and cultural objectives
- Demonstrate a passion for driving innovative experiences that create lasting impressions for presenters, stakeholders, and attendees
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, logistics, and execution of company-wide internal- and external-facing events, conferences, and activations
- Establish company-wide connections and act as a strategic advisor to leaders, teams and individuals who wish to design and deliver events-based programming
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to prepare internal and external participants/speakers and ensure event messaging aligns with project goals
- Own the support of engagement and communications across internal channels to drive awareness, attendance, and participation
- Track and report on event performance metrics and outcomes
- Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and external partners
- Oversee event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
- Analyze data from past events to inform future event strategies and recommendations

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of experience in corporate event planning and execution or related field
- Proven track record of event planning, project management, and logistical coordination within a dynamic environment
- Creativity and curiosity to explore and apply the latest industry trends and best practices in building exciting and engaging events and programs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across and at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of best practices for event planning and audience experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on event programming and stakeholder support needs
