Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About The Role:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
- Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with labor standards
- Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory, tools, and supplies; perform cycle counts
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment using 5S methodology
- Prepare daily production reports and manage time reporting in ADP
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional leadership training preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in a production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
