Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Train and develop Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
- Fluent English required, bilingual preferred
- Ability to lift 30 or more pounds
- Availability to evenings, 2pm-11pm, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
