- Demonstrate ability to support academic and behavioral needs of student
- Good communication/ organizational skills for working with students, teachers, parents and co-workers
- Must have prior experience working with children
- Establish a positive, safe and clean environment
- Responsible for supervising and assisting students
- Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to help support students' positive behavioral expectations
