Main Responsibilities
- Manually fold each bag according to size and packaging, following current product line standards.
- Complete the MES to assign a machine and lane.
- Visually inspect the bags at various control points and remove bags with defects based on the Defect Library reference.
- Monitor the count of packed bags.
- Identify the number of the first and last bags and check the number of bags per container.
- Stop the machine if a defect persists on a lane.
- Replace your colleague during breaks.
- Assist the driver in removing mobile containers or boxes.
- Comply with guidelines regarding quality, food hygiene and safety, occupational health and safety, and the environment. Clean the entire workstation in accordance with instructions.
- Assist the driver in turning and changing reels.
- Empty the boom when changing materials or adjusting settings while the machine is not in operation.
- Manually insert caps/necks in the event of a machine malfunction, after receiving on-the-job training.
- Perform immersion tests.
- Carry out sorting operations for customer returns or defects observed online.
- Ensure proper management of the sorting production order (scanning of mobile containers and entering information into the MES).

- Has the necessary authorization to carry out their duties
- Can apply and enforce physical safety, hygiene, and food safety instructions with vigilance
- Masters flashing operations and understands the consequences of errors
- Is able to multitask across several activities
- Participate/assist in emptying the giraffes and repacking them, ensuring proper identification of materials (requires authorization)
