- Assemble electronic and mechanical components using manual and semi-automated tools such as drivers, wrenches, and soldering guns.
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on modules, boards, chassis, frames, and cables.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and perform rework or repairs as needed.
- Operate machines and perform setups/changeovers.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in training programs to stay current with new techniques and technologies.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience performing basic assemblies.
- Basic machine operating experience.
- Ability to perform laborious job duties.
- Understanding of blueprints and mechanical assembly.
- Experience with hand tools and general labor.
- Experience with surface mount and through hole soldering is a plus.
