Position Summary
- Provides a variety of secretarial and staff support services that support the overall efficiency of the organization.\
- Screens and directs incoming calls to Hunterdon Hospice
- Maintains the medical record of Hunterdon Hospice patients
- Assists Hunterdon Hospice with the monthly billing process
- Processes referrals from Hospice Liaison or other designated Hunterdon Hospice staff
- Maintains accurate scheduling of CHHA and verifies schedule accuracy for billing purposes
- Prepares memos, policies, reports, meeting minutes as directed by the Director of Hunterdon Hospice
- Processes patient orders under the direction of Hospice Clinical Coordinator or other designated Hunterdon Hospice staff
- Minimum Education :
- Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related area

- One year medical office or related experience
