How You Make a Difference
The Neuropsychologist plays a vital role in assessing and understanding cognitive health by conducting thorough cognitive screenings, neuropsychological assessments, and psychological evaluations. This position also provides individual and group psychotherapy, helping individuals with cognitive impairments improve their well-being. In addition, the Neuropsychologist may be involved in creating and implementing effective behavioral management plans to support individuals' growth and progress, ensuring personalized care and attention for each person served.

Key Responsibilities
- Test Administration and Interpretation : Administers, scores, and interprets cognitive screening, neuropsychological, and psychological assessments for referred patients, ensuring accurate evaluations.
- Psychological Reports : Writes comprehensive psychological assessment reports based on test results and clinical observations.
- Therapy Services : Provides individual and group psychotherapy (including competency groups and psychoeducation), along with family therapy to support patients' mental health needs.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Participates in treatment team meetings, serving as a consultant to the multidisciplinary teams to provide expert psychological input.
- Training and Supervision : Supervises and trains psychology interns, residents, and students, while also providing necessary training and education to the clinical team.

Education
Qualifications & Requirements
- Required: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited University.
- Required: Training and experience in neuropsychological assessment.
- Preferred: Two (2) years' relevant experience.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Required: Current license as a psychologist in the state of practice.
