- Organize & Pack:Help clients sort, organize, and pack their personal belongings for relocation, downsizing, or estate sales.
- Support Transitions:Assist in unpacking and setting up clients’ new living spaces for a comfortable Day One experience.
- Stage for Sales:Prepare personal items for estate auctions, both online and in person.
- Be a Compassionate Companion:Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
- Collaborate:Work closely with clients, their families, and team members, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Empathetic & Respectful:You understand the emotional aspects of relocation and treat clients and their families with compassion.
- Physically Capable:Able to lift and move items weighing 40-60 pounds.
- Reliable & Organized:Strong organizational skills and a reliable means of transportation.
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management.
- Flexible & Adaptable:Able to thrive in varied environments, including cluttered or unclean spaces (we provide gloves and aprons).
- Starting pay: $17 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
