• Molecular skills: DNA preps, digests, ligations, electroporation, DNA transformations, PCR
• Potential to design and troubleshoot alternative cloning approaches
• High-throughput DNA cloning reactions
• Troubleshoot automation
• Manage inventory and ordering of laboratory consumables as well as maintain organization of workspaces
  
  

Qualifications

• BS with 1-3 years' experience in molecular biology.
• DNA manipulations and automation experience.
