Job Description
LMS Administration (Docebo)
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for the Docebo LMS
- Manage users, enrollments, learning plans, certifications, and automated workflows
- Maintain system configuration, data accuracy, and platform governance
- Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support or lead key components of an LMS migration or system transition
- Assist with data cleanup, testing, validation, and go-live readiness
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure continuity during the transition
- Document processes and handoffs to support long-term sustainability
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports to support compliance and business needs
- Ensure accurate tracking of course completions and learning records
- Support data reconciliation between systems as needed
- Partner with HR, Talent, Compliance, and IT teams to support LMS needs
- Provide clear guidance to internal users on LMS processes and best practices
- Respond to LMS-related questions efficiently and professionally

Skills And Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on LMS administration experience
- Direct experience administering Docebo, familiarity with OpenSesame a plus
- Demonstrated experience supporting LMS migrations or platform transitions
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment - Experience in temporary, contract, or project-based roles
- Familiarity with HRIS (Workday) or other people systems integrations
- Experience in corporate or multi-location organizations
