Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three compliance professionals specializing in compliance administration.
- Provide guidance to field specialists on identifying violations and executing effective site visits.
- Design and facilitate compliance training programs for both internal staff and client stakeholders.
- Monitor workload distribution to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Develop tools and resources that enhance client compliance performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client compliance matters.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and recurring client updates to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Present compliance findings, recommendations, and corrective actions in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance reporting throughout the project lifecycle—from contract execution to close-out.
- Review participation forms, issue triggering activity notices within 15 days, and ensure all documentation is current.
- Prepare quarterly compliance summaries and final close-out reports detailing corrective actions and outcomes.
- Investigate and resolve wage-related complaints in collaboration with auditors and project leads.
- Review and approve corrective recommendations and supporting documentation from compliance specialists.
- Partner with the Compliance Auditor on the calculation and distribution of correction payments.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Coordinator to maintain accurate project tracking systems (SharePoint).
- Ensure organized, audit-ready documentation for all projects.
- Escalate complex compliance issues to senior leadership as necessary.
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in prevailing wage or labor compliance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act, state prevailing wage laws, and IRA compliance requirements.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving compliance violations and conducting site verification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Proven experience developing and delivering effective training and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and other project tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Labor Relations, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Compliance or Project Management.
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
