These roles support daily laboratory operations across two specialized areas: Chipping and PCR . We are seeking proactive individuals capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Whether supporting automated equipment or managing sample flow, you will play a key role in delivering timely research and manufacturing results.
Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday – Friday, 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM) Pay Rate: $24.35/hr Duration: 6 months to start, with the possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities
PCR Lab Focus
- Operations: Lead daily housekeeping and maintain the orderliness/cleanliness of the workspace.
- Inventory & Prep: Manage and receive labware inventory; prepare essential buffers and reagents.
- Sample Management: Receive and accurately label incoming samples for processing.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and operate equipment required for PCR production.
- Documentation: Review and archive task-related documents and electronic records.
- Sample Logistics: Responsible for the organization and physical movement of samples.
- Quality Analysis: Perform designated physical seed quality analysis.
- Automation: Support and operate automated laboratory equipment while maintaining high throughput and quality.
- Collaboration: Interface effectively with research, manufacturing, and technical teams; work with multiple supervisors to deliver results.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication within a global and multi-cultural team setting.
- Adhere to Employee Safety and Health (ESH) guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflow guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Wear all required PPE to ensure personal and facility safety.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant laboratory or research experience and/or training preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred .
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability: Must be able to work the 3rd shift schedule (Monday – Friday, 1 AM – 10 AM).
