What You'll Do
- Assist Scrum Masters and Project Managers with data entry, tracking project progress, and maintaining project documentation
- Support scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes
- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Maintain and update project plans, calendars, and other project-related data
- Coordinate communication among team members and stakeholders
- Help prepare status reports and project updates
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing project-related correspondence
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within project teams
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior internship or experience in administrative or coordination roles
- CSM Certificate
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
