Key Responsibilities
- Interface daily with customers. Support projects, schedule meetings, report out information, and demonstrate successful methods to work around roadblocks or delays.
- Work five days per week in a customer facing environment.
- Evaluate tasks, utilize engineering standard work, assign and monitor tasks.
- Develop action items and assign to responsible parties, ensure tasks are completed within timeline.
- Provide metrics and trends for projections and visual data for presentations.
- Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related STEM field.
- 1 or more years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar (internship experience considered).
- Proven ability to manage tasks independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong customer-facing presence.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools like SAP, SmartSheets, SharePoint, or Teamcenter is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
- Experience working in machine shop or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, PPAP, or quality engineering practices.
- AutoCAD and blueprint reading skills.
- Familiarity with GD&T and engineering documentation.
