- You’ll receive 6–12 months of hands-on training to build the skills needed to thrive in this role.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of optimized manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Apply Lean Management principles to real-world production challenges
- Assist in documenting procedures, training materials, and process improvements
- Participate in equipment optimization and troubleshooting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals
- Learn and apply ISO 9001 standards in daily work
- Communicate progress clearly and respectfully, escalating roadblocks when needed
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
- Logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to visualize mechanical systems and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor preferred)
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong time and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills —you listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn from feedback
- Familiarity with Lean Management principles
- Exposure to ISO 9001 standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
