- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 3 years of construction estimating experience at a General Contractor, particularly in interior renovation.
- Experience reviewing RFPs and drawings.
- Knowledge of construction documents and permitting processes.
