- Produce full sets of construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Apply building codes and technical detailing to projects.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
- Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating.
- Engage in light project management and client interaction when necessary.
- Proficient in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.
- Skilled in consultant coordination and applying building codes and standards.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with teams and meets deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in food and beverage.
- Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
- Comfortable supporting client interactions.
