This includes analyzing processes, optimizing workflows, and contributing to strategic initiatives in a high-security environment. Jr Business Operations Analyst
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business operations, map workflows, and recommend enhancements to support DCSA's core functions, such as personnel vetting and security adjudication.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate reports that inform leadership decisions, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance with tools, systems, and equipment used in field operations, including troubleshooting and integration of new technologies for mission execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, external vendors, and DCSA personnel to coordinate projects, manage resources, and implement solutions that align with agency goals.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing operational projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all activities adhere to federal regulations, security protocols, and DCSA policies, with a focus on maintaining classified information integrity.
- Education: At a minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant business operations analysis and management support experience, or a similar role, preferably in government, defense, or security sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Knowledge of business processes, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile), and DoD operations.
- Other: Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%); ability to work in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.
