Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Field Support Technician for one of our clients in the education management space. This role will be onsite in Colorado Springs, CO and include travel to multiple sites to help support hardware and software issues on a weekly basis. This role will be Monday through Friday and fully onsite. This individual must live no more than 30 minutes from the school site and be working during school hours (7:00am-3:30pm).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one main school in the Colorado Springs, CO area. You will install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software not limited to projectors, smart boards, scanners, and printers. We are looking for someone who has strong customer services skills as well as hands on IT support as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for documentation as well, creating and maintaining detailed records and notes relating to projects, hardware, and procedures.

- Support a collaborative working environment in which technology resources are available so that staff can perform efficiently, and students can be successful learners.
- Communicate effectively with administrative staff, school principals and teachers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and support of the organizations initiatives and assignments.
- Able and willing to travel overnight (up to 10%) and as needed intrastate.

Skills And Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting Windows environments (m365 ideally)
- Experience supporting hardware and software issues (ideally in a school environment)
- Good customer service skills - Experience supporting Chromebooks
- Experience supporting Apple products (MacBook, iPhone, iPad)
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field null
