Position Description: Responsible for supporting the technology needs of the bank and its employees. This position is a key part of the Support Team providing support for the banks desktop computers, related software and equipment and technology training. This job description details the specific elements of Information Technology for which this position owns responsibility. Collaboration with Compliance, Security and HR is required to ensure all software, vendors and training meet Federal, State and local regulatory requirements and guidelines. Position Responsibilities: Manage, support, track and document all desktop and core system applications Manage, support, track and document all software license and version information Provide support via phone, video, email, text and trouble ticket system Provide core systems software support and updates Configure new hardware and software for roll-out to users to include adding new users to Active Directory, email and email groups Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with computers, printers and other hardware devices Research, recommend and implement new products as necessary Continually strive to minimize the volume of user issues related to IT systems Continually strive to streamline workflow and processes throughout the organization Act as backup to Network and Systems administration Understand and implement the disaster recovery as needed Maintains internal and external customer confidence by protecting and keeping information confidential Writing and updating procedures for all assigned duties Some travel required throughout all branch locations Manage and document employee onboarding and offboarding processes Manage, support, track and document VOIP systems

Technology Training:
Develop and oversee new employee training associated to technology products and services

Develop and manage an internal training library consisting of documents and screencast videos

Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -
High School degree or equivalent. College degree preferred
3-5 years experience working in a similar IT position
A and Network Certifications or equivalent knowledge and experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: -
Thorough knowledge of MS Windows 10 operating system
Thorough knowledge of MS O365 and MS Office applications
Comprehensive knowledge and methodology for troubleshooting PC hardware and software
Strong understanding and ability to configure smart phones and tablets
Strong fundamental understanding of network topology, protocols, configuration and troubleshooting
Some html or internet site publishing
Fundamental, working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019 Active Directory
Strong problem-solving skills
Promotes teamwork, knowledge sharing and workplace efficiency
Ability to be flexible and adapt to sudden IT requests

Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects tools or controls. Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Depending on location and time of year, extreme high and low temperatures within the building will be experienced.

BSA Requirements:
It is the responsibility of all employees to make all reasonable efforts to identify suspicious cash activity which may be associated with customer attempts to avoid the reporting requirements of the BSA or government or federal tax reporting, as well as potential money laundering resulting from criminal / illegal activities. All suspicious activity, regardless of the amount involved in the transaction, must be reported to a supervisor or Branch Manager for further investigation and possible reporting by the Bank Secrecy Officer to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

No director, officer, employee, or agent who reports a suspicious transaction under the requirements of the BSA may notify any person involved in the transaction that the transaction has been reported.

Each employee of the bank shall be required to complete Bank Secrecy Act / Suspicious Activity training periodically which is commensurate with the duties of their position.
