Pay Range: $22.00-25.00/hr depending on experience
Shift: M-F 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Interviews: Two rounds - First via Microsoft Teams, second in-person.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation sessions for 5-10 new hires, facilitating onboarding paperwork and presenting company information.
- Execute core HR processes, including onboarding, exit interviews, leave administration, unemployment claims, and OSHA reporting.
- Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
- Assist the HR Business Partner in driving an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
- Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide technical and customer relations support for major HR initiatives and projects.
- Maintain and track compliance programs and assist with audits as needed.
- Create and distribute communications, including memos, emails, presentations, spreadsheets, and surveys.
- Track HR-related data, consolidate responses, and follow up to obtain information or identify insights.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and webinars.
- Complete final payroll processing and assist with payroll administration as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required; College degree or Certificate in Human Resources preferred.
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist, Recruitment, or Employee Relations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot tables), PowerPoint (creating presentations), and Outlook (email and calendar management).
- Demonstrated customer service skills; able to communicate effectively and professionally in high-volume, people-focused settings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating, organizing, and filing documents.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to conduct group presentations and training sessions.
- Basic knowledge of State and Federal employment laws; ability to read and interpret policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC use.
- Previous payroll experience.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with headcount reporting.
