- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, utilizing effective communication skills and structured interview techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies including campus recruitment and executive recruiting efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through relationship management and employee relations practices.
- Assist with employee orientation programs and onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless integration experience.
- Stay informed on employment & labor law compliance to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal standards.
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with familiarity in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and managing expectations effectively.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Ability to conduct cold calling for candidate outreach and lead generation efforts confidently.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for sourcing candidates across various platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in employee relations.
