Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Leadership in Recruiting:
- Lead daily outreach to potential recruits, setting appointments, and managing the recruitment pipeline.
- Drive 2-2-1 opportunities and Co-Op calls to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at open houses, broker opens, and industry events to build relationships and identify recruitment opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize the recruiting database to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with the Branch Leader to bring agents to the closing table and secure their commitment.
- Strategic Social Media Management:
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance the social media presence of the Branch Manager and offices, focusing on recruitment and growth initiatives.
- Agent Retention and Development:
- Support the Branch Leader in implementing agent retention strategies and fostering the adoption of Coldwell Banker resources.
- Enhance the capture rate with affiliated partners through targeted initiatives and relationship-building.
- Collaborative Growth Initiatives:
- Work closely with the Branch Leader, RVP, RSSs, and departmental partners to cultivate and sustain a dynamic sales culture within the Woodlands and Lake Conroe/Willis offices.
- Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in real estate sales required.
- Active Real Estate License required.
- Proven track record in sourcing, identifying, and building relationships with top talent.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media platforms.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and partners.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Technologically adept, with familiarity across various operating systems on PCs and Macs.
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs (Adobe Acrobat).
