Outpatient imaging center with 3 locations has a full-time Assistant Office Manager position available.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Hire and train administrative staff
Schedule staff to meet operational requirements
Establish office policies and procedures
Implement and monitor office policies and procedures
Responsible for facility cleaning, safety and maintenance
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
Keep track of equipment and devices and manage inventory
Ensure patient records are current and accurate
Supervise patient scheduling
Oversee registration of patients
Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
Ensure patient satisfaction
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other duties as assigned
What is required of You:
Minimum of 4 years of medical managerial experience, ideally in outpatient or imaging settings
The ability to manage budgets, oversee employee schedules, and maintain a daily operational flow
Strong understanding of medical insurance processes, including authorizations and billing
Confidence in working directly with physicians and their staff, fostering respectful and effective communication
Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
Flexibility with scheduling, we value adaptability and a team-first mindset
A genuine commitment to patient care and creating a welcoming experience for all
Familiarity with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
