Bilingual Front Office Medical Assistant | Irving, TX
We’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to support our front office operations and deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits
- Record vital signs, allergies, and medication updates accurately
- Maintain and stock exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Assist physicians during exams and procedures
- Handle patient calls, schedule changes, and prescription requests
- Perform administrative tasks: chart prep, filing, faxing, and reception duties
- Prior experience in a clinical setting handling front office medical operations
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience handling prior authorizations in a medical setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
