Flight Nurse - Location : Miami, AZ
Salary Range: $82,000 - $117,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
HTS Bonus: Up to 20% annually (5% quarterly based on schedule adherence)

What You'll Do
Provide advanced medical care during air and ground transport.
Perform complex assessments, emergency interventions, and critical decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation for clinical care and billing.
Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Participate in training, public relations, and community outreach initiatives.
Uphold PHI's industry-leading safety standards and clinical protocols.
What You'll Need
Active RN license in the state of employment.
3-5 years of recent experience in critical care or emergency nursing.
Required Certifications
BLS, ACLS, PALS
One of: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS
NRP preferred
CFRN certification (or obtained within 24 months of hire).
Must meet physical and weight requirements (under 235 lbs).
Must pass assessments
preplacement Physical Exam
Functional Capacity Evaluation (strength and flexibility, lift up to 100 lbs)
Drug Screening
Basic computer proficiency (email, electronic charting, etc.)
