As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. About The Role

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (approx.) - morning shift
- Occasional weekends and holidays required based on operational or project needs
- Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Schedule and manage daily team activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
- Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and vendor/contractor activities.
- Maintain positive client relationships and lead discussions related to facility needs.
- Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reporting.
- Oversee small CapEx projects, asset replacements, and minor project work, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor oversight.
- Manage and coordinate move projects, including logistics, internal communication, and execution support.
- Perform facility inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
- Oversee vendor relationships, invoicing, and procurement of parts, services, and labor.
- Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, including moderately complex problems.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience considered.
- Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting teams in staffing, selection, training, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex and sensitive information effectively.
- Leadership skills that drive high performance.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced math and financial analysis skills.
