What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end coordination of executive briefings, ensuring alignment with strategic account goals and customer engagement objectives.
- Partner with account teams and senior stakeholders to define briefing goals, curate relevant content, and identify appropriate discussion leaders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal subject matter experts and executives to support briefing content and delivery.
- Manage briefing logistics across North America, including venue selection, travel coordination, and on-site execution for mobile engagements.
- Oversee vendor relationships , ensuring high-quality service delivery for catering, transportation, A/V, and other briefing-related needs.
- Ensure briefing readiness , including speaker preparation, content alignment, and coordination of briefing materials and collateral.
- Deliver premium customer experiences , acting as a concierge for visiting customers and ensuring every touchpoint reflects Dynatrace's brand and standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts , contributing ideas to enhance briefing operations, customer experience, and program scalability.
Required Qualifications
What will help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3 years' experience in customer marketing, event planning, executive engagement, or program coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Willingness to travel as part of a mobile briefing program.
