Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the President and other departments to facilitate communication and task alignment.
- Serves as a gatekeeper, streamlining communication between executives and external stakeholders.
- Manage the President’s calendar, schedule, and executive-level priorities by working with the Chief of Staff.
- Ensure that all communications and sensitive materials are managed with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Conduct research, compile data, and undertake special projects to support initiatives and objectives.
- Coordinate preparation of materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation for meetings involving the President and executive leadership.
- Act as a representative of the President in internal and external communications as needed.
- Review and respond to email communication, ensuring that processes are moved along quickly to the appropriate person. Follow up on all communication to ensure completion.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of internal and external reports to funding and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance standards and deadlines are met.
- Work with the President to coordinate and prepare reports to the investor group including work with consulting staff.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on tracking all internal KPI’s, ensure administrative and senior staff full participation on delivery.
- Ensure that organizational policies and procedures are communicated.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Previous administrative experience in the affordable housing industry.
- A driver's license and access to a vehicle.
