Job Title: Executive Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to develop new skills and explore different opportunities in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our supportive team culture fosters a strong administrative community that leans in to assist each other.

Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar support for partner-level managers.
  • Manage Outlook calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and manage headcount.
  • Oversee travel and morale budget management.
  • Support the team onsite and manage office space.
  • Plan events and manage equipment orders.
  • Maintain distribution lists and perform other administrative tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Outlook calendaring.
  • 3 years of experience supporting teams and managing headcount.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with our client's internal operating tools and systems is highly desired.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in executive administration and clerical tasks.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring presence onsite three days a week in a large, fast-paced professional office setting. The team is located in a newer building on campus, and standard supplier equipment will be used. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime upon approval.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
