In this position you will receive the opportunity to be mentored by Professional Engineers while you engage with our clients, evaluate their energy needs, develop concept-level plans and solutions, and take these through detailed design to provide for full execution of the solution. We offer and deliver a true "end-to-end" life-cycle service from exploration, development, operation, and repowering/retirement.
Your primary responsibilities will focus on providing engineering calculations, construction drawings, and specifications for energy and power projects. Specific tasks will include piping and equipment sizing, stress analysis, flow modeling, energy analysis, and life cycle cost evaluations, and other detailed engineering calculations. You’ll be expected to possess a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals, an understanding of mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and exceptional problem-solving skills with the confidence to explore innovative solutions. Prior design or consulting internships are highly regarded and ideally, you will have at least one internship which aligns with the responsibilities of this role.

- Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to successfully work in a cross-functional national team, thriving in both collaborative and independent settings
- EIT or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, CADWorx and NavisWorks
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software such as Pipe-Flo or Pipe 2000
- Experience with systems modeling software such as Thermoflow or Aspen/Hysys
- Authorization to work in the Unites States without sponsorshop, now or in the future
