Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Analyst to join our Employee Benefits Resource Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical foundation and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Utilize Power Query to transform and prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining and managing key datasets for ongoing analysis and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1 year of professional or internship experience in data analysis or a related field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in BI Reporting Tools and Data Warehouse analysis (Power BI, SQL).
• Advanced knowledge of Power Query and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage heavy workloads under tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a drive to challenge existing processes for improvement.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  
  

Details

• Pay: $24 - $26.44/hr. based on related experience
• Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.44/hr.
