Position Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our growing team in Hartford, CT. No prior experience required. In this role, you’ll represent clients in the water distribution industry inside partnered retail locations, helping customers understand products and services while building valuable sales and communication skills.

We specialize in customer acquisition and sales solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on developing entry-level talent through training, mentorship, and performance-based growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and initiate conversations in retail settings
• Educate customers on products and services and recommend solutions
• Generate leads and support client sales campaigns
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour (weekly pay)
