- You will be handling about 6 to 8 customer appointments a day.
- If the customer is buying a car, you will operate a company-owned vehicle and drive to the customer's home to finalize the purchase of the vehicle.
- You will then greet the customer, take a look over the car they are selling, and have them fill out paperwork on an iPad
- You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
- You’ll be expected to prioritize safe driving and to maintain a clean driving record in accordance to CMV Driver Qualification policy. Consistent, safe driving is crucial to this role!
- You’ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
- Sense of humor and a passion for the customer experience
- Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
