As An Endpoint Intern, You Will

• Work with our ticketing management system to receive project work on a per task basis and properly document actions performed.
• Assist in endpoint hardware equipment refresh, configuration, upgrade, and deployment.
• Work tightly with members of Endpoint Engineering team to test and refine automation initiatives in the areas of analytics, standardization, deployment and decommission.
• Develop technical documentation and knowledgebase articles alongside members of both Endpoint teams.
