Job Description
As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for assembling discrete and multichip semiconductor packages. You will dispense encapsulants, cure products, and manage the loading and unloading of assembly fixtures. You will operate complex manufacturing equipment, such as vacuum reflow furnaces, laser marking systems, dicing saws, and pick-and-place machines. Maintaining clean and organized workspaces is essential, as is following detailed written and verbal instructions for assembly processes.
